I bought outdoor furniture from Nashville Billiard & Patio and it was the best decision. Customer service was incredible and the quality of the product has been amazing. I will definitely be going back in the future. Make sure to ask for Nash if you go in the store, he was extremely helpful.

This place has got it all and great service too! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We’ve gone back multiple times and will always shop local with them.

Had a great experience at Nashville Billiards & Patio! I went in looking for a set of darts as a gift and left with exactly what I needed. I believe Ronnie helped me — he took the time to explain the different options, answer all of my questions, and let me test everything out without rushing me at all (which was appreciated because I can be very indecisive). Even though I wasn’t making a huge purchase like a pool table or furniture, I still felt genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a beautiful teak patio dining set and a number of Artifex furniture pieces for our new porch & patio. They assembled and delivered these items as promised exactly when they said they would! The folks at Nashville Billiard are simply the best, and the quality of the products we purchased and they represent are unsurpassed! There aren’t many “old Nashville” family businesses left that care so deeply about each customer’s experience, but that’s exactly what you’ll find at Nashville Billiards! The Gilchrist family continues their family tradition quite well! Thanks, Glenn, for another amazing customer service experience!

Brought my pool cues and balls in thinking they needed to be replaced. The staff took the time to look everything over. Instead of trying to sell me new stuff, they were honest and told me my equipment was still in good shape, then suggested a cheaper and equally effective solution. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared about helping rather than upselling. Very impressed with their integrity—highly recommend.

We recently purchased a modern outdoor pool, dining, and ping pong table, and we’re absolutely thrilled with it! The sleek, stylish design is perfect for our outdoor space, seamlessly transitioning between a pool table, dining surface, and ping pong setup. The quality is exceptional, making every game a joy. The customer service was truly top-notch. From the start, the team went above and beyond, bringing color and table samples directly to our location to ensure we found the perfect match. This personalized touch made the process seamless and enjoyable. The installation was flawless, and to top it all off, Cliff personally checked in after the install to ensure everything was perfect. As promised on their website, the Gilchrist brothers deliver personal service every time, even after the sale. Their dedication and care are unmatched. Highly recommend this company for an amazing multi-functional table and exceptional service!

I came in today to check out their dart selection, which did not disappoint. I was greeted and told I could throw any of the darts that I was interested in. I was helped by a gentleman who spent close to an hour with me, educating me on the different products he had and making sure I found the fit I was looking for. I will definitely be back to do more business in the future due to the quality products they offer and their hospitality.

Nashville Billiards has went well out of their way to make things right for me when purchasing a pool table. I’m extremely pleased that they took all of my concerns into consideration. that alone speaks volumes amongst how they run their business. They seem to want to do things right and care about their customers service. Can’t wait to get my table in the next few weeks! Thanks guys at Nashville Billiards and Patio!!

Great selection of products and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased 2 Avid cue sticks here and both times, they helped me choose the right product.

Have dealt with Cliff and Nashville Billiard since moving here in 2014. They always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Just recently had an issue with a Golden Tee machine and was promptly handled. I always try to buy local when the business backs up their products and Nashville Billiard certainly does!

Great experience shopping for new outdoor furniture at Nashville Billiard & Patio. They have a good selection, fairly priced, and aren't pushy to get the sale. Delivery and setup were also more than reasonable. We came home to a fully setup outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Good selection and personalized service. We went to check out their theater seating but couldn't resist the outdoor furniture, pool tables, and shuffle boards. Now, all I need is the cash.

I have been in here to this store multiple times. Love the selection of products and the customer service. I made a purchase about a month or so back of a new set of balls, a McDermott cue and something else(forget what it was) and I was also going to purchase an inexpensive cue case just to get the cue home undamaged. The gentleman that was helping me (Cliff I believe) without hesitation offered to lend me a case on my honor that I would return it. That is the true hometown business feel that has disappeared from most of this world, but they still have it. They now have a customer for life with me. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my billiards needs, these guys are phenomenal! Keep up the great business Gentlemen!
